Still waiting for my trans to come back, but I did get my new Saleen SC replicas...17 x 8 up front and 17 x 10's out back. I'll take some new pictures once I get the trans back and the car is on the ground. Fitment is awesome.

Looks like he has a nitto DR probably 275/40 in back and I'm guessing 245/45's up front.

Nowhere near done and that includes the car, wheels and ride height lol but I was able to roll the car out with the wheels on it for the first time in a long time. Rear springs will be getting at least a half coil taken out and the quarters will be pulled and the lips rolled. The rear wheels will also be powdercoated all black. The fronts are already a gloss black so I think I'm just going to do the rears to match:

i dont know why, but ive just never really liked those. from my perspective, nothing beats a fox on some nice 3 piece wheels. ccws, fiskes, TFs, etc all take these cars to a whole nother level.

i feel really bad for those 275s. i annihilate the 315s on mine and you have 100rwhp more than i do.

if you decide to stick with those tires i'm gonna buy some stock in nitto

Yea, I might change out the rear gear to something a little taller. I have 3.90's right now and was thinking of going with a 3.55 to tame it down a bit. It should be interesting to see how long of a burnout I can do. LOL

CRAP.

I guess we will have to see how my drag suspension works with these tires. My 275 M/T drag radials couldn't hang on. RUH ROH.

and if you were running the 275 m/ts on 15" draglites, they will grip a hell of a lot better than a 275 nitto on a 17" wheel.

welcome to the downside of having 700rwhp in a ~3200lb car. seems like a nice problem to have til you have it. haha.

Yep, they were on a 15" wheel.

I still have my 15 x 10's with a 27 x 11.50 hoosier quicktime. If I need the hook, I have it on tap.

Did you get a chance to read my PM about the p/s bracket?

That's weird. Are you warming them up enough? Are they old?

I know someone that runs high 9's on a MT 17" DR.

I know a few 275X guys that are in the single digits on the the 15" DR. and these guys are 800-900+ rwhp.

How much power are you making to the tire?

deep emerald green. everything but the hood is stock paint, so it looks good until you get right up to it.

The notch

Here is my notch in pseudo drag form with a spare set of steelies that I had and a pair of not so sticky summer radials.
