I recently purchased a 1992 Mustang Notch three weeks ago. I did a lot of research and the 70 mm On 3 Performance turbo kit was exactly what I wanted for my Mustang. I called On 3 Performance on 3/19 and I talked to a guy named Mike. Here is the number I called: 614-439-0057. The number is listed on their website. I talked to him for 20 minutes about the kit and everything I would need to make the kit work on my Notch. So, I went ahead and placed a order over the phone. I ordered the 70 mm turbo kit, fuel pump, 42 pound injectors, oil relocation and y pipe. The total came to a little over $2,500. I gave Mike my debit card information and he called me back about 30 minutes later. He said my card had a limit on it. Called my bank and I found out it had a $1,000 daily limit. I called Mike back and he said he could break it over three days. He said he would have to charge me $10 for each charge (not a problem to me). I called them back on the 3/22 because I only seen one charge come out for $900. Mike said that everything is fine and he will process the rest over the next two days. He said my turbo kit would be mailed out on 3/23. Monday came and I still only seen the one charge. I tried calling two times on Monday and I got the voicemail both times. I left a voicemail Tuesday morning asking what is going on. They never called me back. I called back mid day on Tuesday and Mike answered. I asked him about my order and he said he has no record of my order. I said WHAT! I have talked to you several times and you took $900 out of my account. Said to hold on a minute and he stumbled around for a few minutes. "I am pretty sure your kit shipped out on Friday." I asked for a tracking number. "Ah, long pause. My UPS site is not updated yet. I will call you back in 30 minutes once it is updated". He never called me back and I called back at 4:30 on that day. Left a voicemail for them to just cancel my order and refund my money. Called back four times on Wednesday with no response and left a voicemail each time. It is 3/29 and I still haven't heard back from this company. I am going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General. I am not trying to bash this company. I have read great things about this company and this is why I placed my order with them. I just wanted to share this issue and want my money back.

Ok....i guess i got lucky..i called placed an order paided by credit card...recieved it 4 days later...I did call tho to get a tracking number which they did email me...I hope everything works out for him...

Ordered my kit last week(3/21), ON 3 kit with 76 mm ceramic ball bearing upgrade turbo, and every accessory possible. I received all the hard parts(turbo, hotside, coldside, mounting stuff, BOV, etc) yesterday(3/28). Now just waiting for the Wastegate and the fuel system components. I ordered mine from Power Adder Solutions. Not sure if that makes any difference, but it worked for me. Good luck.

i ordered a 76mmturbo and paid over the phone at the time was backordered and came to me faster than stated and has worked great .i got my on3 hotside used from a member had pin hole in header and bad flex coupling

My buddy was going to order an on3 kit this week. I showed him this thread and he immediately called b&g lol

it does. Chris at PAS will answer the phone every time you call and not give you any runaround BS.

That goes to show you that Chris knows how to do business.

To the OP: I wouldnt worry about it too much. If you paid with a cc or debit card, it will show up your bank statement. There' s your defense

never had an issue with mine when i called and ordered mine. Turbo was on Backorder and when it showd up my kit was shipped.

Hope it all gets worked out.

Ordered my kit on 3/19 also and he said it was on back order and they would call me with a tracking #. Haven't heard from them yet, so I'm crossing my fingers that I will hear from them next week sometime.

because they're not a legit company. he's just the middle man for some china made crap steel.

it's been shown over and over and over and over again that it's not a quality product. but the price makes guys see a "deal too good to be true". but guess what, it's not true!

They are a legit company. As far as I know there is only two guys who work there. They are younger and I am not sure if they work there full time etc. They might go to school etc. His dad owns the right stuff they make brake lines etc.

Im as legit as any other company out there, if you choose to not do business with me, thats your choice. There are plenty of other turbo companies out there, Im just one of the options. I have had issues with Mike, he is not with my company any longer as of Friday and thats another story. Funny thing is that other companies have followed in my footsteps now seeing that my kits have satisfied so many customers :-) I find the select few guys in this thread still are worried about what Im doing after what 4 or so years now?

I have never taken peoples money and not provided a part. This guy that made the first post has followed me since day one, I have nothing to say about him. Im not going to just waste my time in threads intended to just stir up a fight. The guy was refund, wasn't even mad, talked to him 2 times yesterday. Oh well, back to being productive

James, the sn kit is on back order, I do not have an exact shipping date on that setup. I have no idea why Mike would have told you tracking would have been received by now. Pm me your number and Ill chat with you on this order

Sorry Mike but as I told you on your voice mail, I have been nice long enough. It has been over a month and you took $2,000 from me and you have yet to take the remaining $900 out of my account and I still have no turbo. I have no emails from you, no voice mails, nothing so unfortunately im going to take further action up to and including credit card fraud and grand larceny. As you may or may not know, in Massachusetts anything over $250 is grand larceny which is a felony.
Id like to refer you to Massachusetts General Law which from here on will be referred as (M.G.L)

M.G.L Chapter 266 Sec 38: Larceny, wrongful detention of money by carriers:General Laws: CHAPTER 266, Section 38

I'd like you to rectify this by Monday April 2nd 2012 BY 5:00 pm, its as simple as charging my card the remaining $900 and shipping the turbo out (which would make my total $2,900) and Ill delete this thread and go back to business as usual, it's up to you.
I have all legal paperwork needed that are stamped and ready to mail out Tuesday morning if I do not hear from you by the above date and time.

No one is getting screwed, is this a joke or what? I dont know what you have worked out with Mike but it doesnt matter. You are more than welcome to pm me your number so I can find out who you are. I have no reason to hold someones money, certainly there is an issue with the payment but its not a big deal. Its really much quicker and easier to talk with me instead of finding all these laws that you have done. I just have to verify nothings been shipped out and I can put the money back on your card.

You will have to contact me though as Mike is not with my company and I have no clue the issue and cannot figure it out

Justin, just looked at your order and its on the shipping board right now. I just started answering the phones yesterday but if you called, it would have been me. The order had a note to wait for the oil restrictor on your turbo and ship it all at once. Ill have the restrictors I believe on Tuesday and I pulled your stuff actually earlier today to get boxed up. Any other questions let me know

Sweet. Thanks for the update. Hopefully it all goes together smoothly...ill be sure to brag about how awesome the kit is and do a nice install write up.

I'm waiting on lots of other parts so i said to.wait for the oil restrictor to come in before shipping.


I'm really curious to see how that 67mm bb unit performs, especially with my.combo. stg 3 ported pi heads, hp292 Cams and the edelbrock Victor Jr manifold

Without a "drama thread" like this then On3 might not been so quickly informed about things such as Matt who posted up in the Lounge of all places not even 24 hours ago. Sometimes people over reacting results in others being able to more promptly find out about things.

I just wanted to chime in. I live in Cleveland. I drove down to On3 on Friday 3/30 and picked up one of there FF cobra set ups. After going over turbo options and looking every thing over, Chad spent a good hour plus just chatting. He has a lot going on for 1 guy right now. His shop is top notch. His shop cars are aw some.

He has a lot of inventory, and he has a lot of other things to offer and sell then just the turbo set ups. If he updates his web sight to show the things he offers to go along with his kits you would be amazed at what he has going on.



When I got home and opened up all the boxxes, I had a small problem, Email with him back and forth Friday. I sent the part back and when he gets it he will send another one.

You all just need to relax and give him a chance to find out what and where Mike may have drop the ball. I am sure Chad will make it right for anyone that needs it.
