I purchased it from someone, never used it. It appears to be brand new OR it was taken right off of a 94/95 GT when it was brand new, I can take pictures and send them to you if you would like.

The P/N on the throttle body (sticker) is F4ZE-HA.

f4 would be 94 the f=9 e would be 8 d would be 7 and so on.
