Any one done it? If so what studs did you use? I picked up the 3" moroso studs for a Ford front rotor .615 shoulder. Cracked my power slot rotors. .. got another set. Drilled out the holes to .595 stripped out 3 studs pulling them in.
Can this even be done? Going to sn95 stuff is no longer in my budget since I've done this a few times now.
I just did it with my stock 92 5.0 rotor. Not difficult at all. I drilled the rotors on a drill press and used a stack of washers and an open end lug nut to pull the stud through with a few hits from the impact gun.
Are you sure you drill out the rotors to correct size?
