people with GT40X heads and any kind of supercharger....

out of curiousity what kind of number you put down. i am looking at either centri. or KB. open to all suggestions. car is a week end car, will go to the track a couple of times to see what it runs, but never any kind of actual racing. just fun on the street (not street racing either)

You can pretty easily get 500 rwhp with those heads and a Centrifugal. I don't know with a Kenne Bell.

current setup in 3400lb mustang, car made 375/350 through aod and ran 11.3@122. motor now has a hellion turbo kit in a fairmont.

heads are turds na, but make good power with a vortech.

I have old Y303 GT40 alums on my 89 LX vert. Opened up the exhaust and didnt do much to the intake side. Made 521rwhp/464tq with 10.5 psi from a SC trim Votech(stock bottom end) Ran a 11.38@125mph @3400+lbs with driver before I snapped a stock axle.

It's your old SC trim (with 7" crank and 3.15 pulleys) Stock bottom end with 76K miles, ported GT40Y303's,Lunati 51014 cam (.530/.540 with 1.7 rockers,218/226 @.050,112 lobe),unported Holley Systemax intake,SCT 2400 MAF,70mm Holley TB,60lb injectors,1 5/8 MAC long tubes,2 1/2" X pipe,Pypes violator cat back in 2 1/2",GSS340 Walbro hi pressure intank pump. Going to install a GL392 Walbro inline pump and stick a 2.85 pulley on it when I get it back from being painted. Yeah it's going to crack the stock block but I'd like to see 575rwhp before it does.

haha, thats right!! ive got the v-2 now, didnt like the attention at idle with the loud whine.

you have a little more aggressive cam than me but we essentially have the same combo, pretty promising if you ask me. Id like to be about 575 when im done with it too. with a safe tune, driven well, and hope, the stock block could last a little while. then comes the dart.

i have x303's on my car. No times or numbers but it pulls pretty hard. I figure these heads and an s trim will most likely make enough power to split a stock block
