how much boost??? D1SC to F1R

is the d1sc made 15lbs how much should the f1r make?

Motor is a sbf 331. ported canfields. blowthrough carb.

Ok at 6800-6900rpms the d1sc made 15lbs of boost with a 7.65 crank pulley and a 3.70 blower pulley12 rib. So now I'm putting on an f1r. I have a 77 tooth cog crank pulley and two blower pullies. A 54 tooth and a 44 tooth. Is there a way to tell what kinda boost the f1r is gonna make going from what the d1sc made?

Wow, nice upgrade but I have no experience in cog pulley setups but would ProCharger be a source for an answer?

On another note, looking forward to hearing about the results once the change is made.

yeah i called them first and they werent really that helpful. the guy said ahhh it should make similar boost. i was expecting them to maybe break out the calculator and give me more of a definite answer, within a couple pounds anyway.
i would like to spray meth on it too down the road, which kit would you reccommend with a blowthrough carb? thanks Michael P.

A stage 2 or Stage 3 kit would be fine and what type of intake system does it have.

Must be the same person who answered the phone when I called. Tech at procharger told me that upgrading my p1sc to a d1sc would be just a few lbs of boost.Really? Thanks! First I was quoted to upgrade 1200 now he said 1500.=crazy.

Sorry for the delay but I was away for the holiday.

On your setup a Stage 2 system will be fine. Now you can inject before or after the carb but I prefer after and this way you don't have to worry about getting fluid in your carb.

The 20010 RT1 kit would be ideal. It comes with a complete stage 2 kit with boost as a reference, a carb plate for any square bore 4150, and an electric solenoid. The kit retails for $620.00.

I hope this helps.
