Yes, its horrible this happened.

The only thing I can make some kind of light of it, she was obviously doing what she loved doing.

Thanks again everyone. We just got back from Russ's place,and I want to debunk a rumor going around that was started on the Gixxer forum. Some POS,internet fame seeking,individual claims to have seen the whole thing,and says her bike disintegrated. This is a lie,it is in fact still rideable,and trust me,this comes straight from the guys that went and loaded it up today. I know some of you have probably read his post over there,either by links,or being members yourselves. Feel free to link this post over there,because I want everyone to know he's full of ####,and be damned if he spreads lies about people that are like family to me.

EDIT: It was linked on the Gixxer site to this site,Teknoviking is the guy.

Tell me about it. I got the thread moved/deleted though,and after that,the tool put some smart ass crap in his user title relating to my post over there. So,I sent a little damage control request to the webmaster about it. It's now changed.

. I was at Russ's last night,and our friends that loaded up her bike yesterday said it was still rideable. He also went into other made up details that had me on the verge of a road trip.

Many, many years ago when I was in third grade a classmate was hit by a car. Unfortunatley, she didn't make. What really stands out in my memory is that the rumor was started that someone looked for a pulse and her hand came off. That is ridiculous.
