What size rims are on the back? Looks like they are too narrow and your not getting enough contact patch. First few passes look like you had alot of tire spin on launch.

i am on an 8in rim. will be going to 10in rim befor i go to track again. also will be going coil over on front and back. will also be addind some kind of anti roll in back. the stock sway arm is rear is being overpowered i think.

looks fun, why is your car all over the track on the big end? Was the track going to crap? saying stock axles may sound cool, breaking them is not,put some 31 splines in there for saftey. lol btw stockers are way illegal at those times anyhow.keep up the good work.

Yep i seen a axle breakoff and the axle & tire rolled in the other lane causing the other car to reck and roll on its top tearing up this guy nice super stock car all because the other guy ran stock axle with slicks.

i guess you should only make solo passes. since you never know what the other car has or what track techs never checked on the other guys car.

most 10 and 9 second cars have only 1/2 the stuff needed to run those times

btw i have moser axles going in car.

You sure about the stall speed on that converter? It sure sounds more like 5000+ The thing hardly drops any rpm between shifts and launch.

If you are hoping that the crank doesn't get damaged when the block lets go, I would stop spraying so much! You need to jet it down to a 75 shot and it'll live. Trust me you don't want the block to split if you are worried about the crank or heads. It will take out the crank and it will damage some valves! Ask me how I know?

<---- sprayed a stock block all forged 347 with a 150 shot, 5 passes and boom! Got lucky the first time and caught it before major damage, 2nd time took out the crank, 2 pistons/rods, and all 8 intake valves. Was running 6.60s at 3100 lbs on the footbrake.

Car looks good otherwise.

Having an overly rich combo is lots of times worse than a lean one. Besides the ets will slow down before damage normally occurs if it's getting leaner than it should be.

i agree. next time i go to track i will focus on leaning it out some. i already went down 81 to a 70 on fuel jet of nitrous kit and still rich as hell. i am running 114 so i guess thats why its one reason its so rich. it will get there just need more time and money.
