Nice ET, but give us a rundown on the car, engine to current suspension. For the MPH you're pulling right now, looks like you need some suspension to be running mid 10s and 6.60s-6.70s.

its a stock motor trans clutch mach 1 with a vortech superchager s trim pushing 8 psi. Intercooled the car was coming out at 5000 and was bogging on most passes so i air the slicks up a tad and it started to black track. Reason i aired them up is i forgot my tuner at home and coud not up the 2 step rpm. Suspsension set up is the following baseline uppers wofle lowers d&d k member with 150 pound front springs with stange 10 way adjustables up front and 16 way qa1s out back. everything was set to loose i never adjusted anything because i didnt have a vid of me racing so i didnt know what the car was doing. The car should go 10.5s with the suspension dailed in and the proper launch. Car also has a 6 point cage

So you saying the only mod you made to the engine is just a S trim? Something aint adding up. 8 psi nets you maybe 100 hp. You make 300ish from factory. Cant see a stock engine going that quick qith out more help. Sure the car aint strip down? Congrats though on the time..!

Nutzz, base centri kits on a 4v will get you around 415-440rwhp. I'm sure he has exhaust and such as well. Boosted 4v mod motors can make some impressive numbers. I can't wait to put my novi on my car next year.

What is your tire and gear setup. I'm torn between 4.10's and a 26" tire or 4.56's and a 28" tire. I think the 4.56/28 combo would have a little higher rpms at the traps. -Mark

Im using a 28x9 with 410s. If i was going to do i again. I would got atleast 430s with a 28x9 tire. It rolls out to be a 27.3 and lets you keep most of your gear. If you do a 456 that will prolly put you close to redline then i would go with a 28x10.5 tire . youl be near 7k threw the traps with the 456s. Witch is great for drag racing but terrible for motor. so if its just a drag car dont fear the gear lol.
