Knocked the cobwebs off the Mustang and made some passes!!!!
I've been neglecting this car quite a bit here lately, but I got her out and made a few passes. It had been awhile and my driving was a bit rusty (only passes so far in 2008) but the car ran pretty well. I was short shifting at 5500 and cutting some horrible 60 foot times but it still almost went 10s. I've been driving the car to work lately to get used to driving it again. As the cooler Fall weather rolls in I hope to shift it deeper and get it to hook. Should go deep into the 10s@130+. Enjoy!!!!

You crack me up man. I have spent alot of time on that engine bay if you can't tell. The bottom end is nothing special. Production 2 bolt based 331 with a girdle and forged internals. The rotating assembly will take alot more than the block casting ever will. A conservative tune and low RPM shift points keep it alive am I'm confident if I use my head it will for a long time.
