Track Guys / SVTOA @ Gingerman, July 12 & 13

Track Guys Performance Driving Events will be conducting the SVTOA On Track Performance Driving Clinic at Gingerman Raceway, South Haven, MI, July 12 & 13. We are also trying to make this a regular "Ford Fest", welcoming our friends from Team Shelby, Saleen Autosports, MRT Racing and Roush Performance.

The event will be a full-on performance driving school, complete with classroom sessions and in-car instructors for beginner and novice students...or anyone that wants some extra in-car coaching to refine your Gingerman line. Veteran track dawg? Don't worry: we'll have plenty of room in the Advanced and Intermediate groups too.

I have been going EVERY year, you know, 3rd weekend in July...

Then THIS year you decide to move weekends, and I cannot make it. Grrrrrrr.

I will be most likely only spectating, as I don't think my car will be track ready by then. It seems like a long ways off, but I would like to get a few test and tune sessions in before commiting to a full track day. This bent/twisted spindle issue really has thrown my season into the toilet.

As the date gets closer, I will see if my schedule will allow me to spectate, and I can volunteer as well.

I don't understand why SVTOA Canada and SVTOA Great Lakes regions schedule an open track event the same weekend. Seems to me some people may want to attend both. Maybe I'm wrong !?
