best pass yet 5.4 4 valve fox

went to the track last week. off the trailer the car went 9.64 and then a 9.59 at 144mph and 116 in the 1/8 that was with a 1.55 60' on mt drag radials.will be turning it up and see what this lil 5.4 4 valve turbo has.this is in a 3300lb fox body.

the turbo is a 78mm precision, making about 18lbs of boost rite know.

Is this a Cobra motor ir just as ole truck motor? Some info on setup would be great.

this is a new ford 5.4 block that was built at ce racing. stock nav. cams and stroke.custom alum. upper intake.

That thing looks sweet, kinda strange to see that kind of motor in there. Pretty cool.

yes this is the car that was in the mag. couple years back i bought it about 2 years ago,and had a new motor built for it,fuel system,turbo,intercooler ect,ect.car has been real fun.

how so? just remover the coil covers on top of the valve covers and they're right there.

the car has a powerglide tranny, and i shift at 6300rpm.the car has alot left in it. gonna bring up the shift point a bit and turn up the boost.

hay i have a friend that is wanting to install a 5.4 cobra motor in his 92 car. what k member is on your car. he is looking at upr or aje. he is wanting to do it under a 2.5 hood. do u have any k member spacers on it.

hey dude, when i went to the last ffw, aka upr event, all i cared about was seeing your car go down the track. you were just in the car show at the ffw even last year right? nice to see a show car out at the track

thanks i was at the ffw car showlast year ,i needed to get the car tuned. and just didnt happen before the event. would like to start doing a few true street events,should be fun.
