ROFL...got body roll?
From last nights' track day. I had put the 5.0 front swaybar back in it and stiffened the rear up a bit. I'm thinking stiffer front springs are in order

How many people are in your vehicle in that pic?
What mods do you have done to the rear suspension? What is your current spring rates for the front and rear?

Silk Purse =/ sow's ear....
uh, really I admire what you've done to do as well as you can with the Fox. You must have a very stubborn streak as well; just like me and I admire your determination. Michael Means

Now all you need Miffy is that punk kid (TylerC) off one of our local forums (KCSR) to race with you, so he can teach you how to drive of course...

Just me and a passenger, but probably 500 lbs combined

And BTW the front control arms are located in the higher of the 2 available pivot holes in the MM K-member, further raising the roll center and ostensibly reducing body roll. |

Only 4 wheels off, not bad ![]() Eh, I got to get to a track day with my two wheeled girlfriend. Bikes are quicker out of the box but I'm still old and slower... Michael Means

My buddy in a 93 Viper is serving as a suspension tuning videographer. I'm waiting for him to process several laps from following me around last night, but here's what really clued me in from an event at the same track 2 weeks ago. Starting at 1:25 in this video, I purposely held him up a little for 1/2 a lap so I could capture this and see how the car was behaving.

I see Bobby brakes too early and hasn't found the line yet. Maybe you could draw it out with crayon for him.
LOL Superdan Industries. I don't see much brake light...maybe we should see if they're broken. You look tight - I can't wait to get out!

CalSpec, Yup - wheels on track, no paint bumping. Win/win. We don't race, we run at schools and other open track events. If you noticed MFE gave the Viper a point by; there's passing in designated areas only, the car you're passing must point you by and lift to allow you to pass. Gentlemen's rules. It's how the daily commute should work. If you're not going faster than the person behind you then GTFO.

Dave, we're going to a test and tune autox event this weekend at a site that's a police training facility. Should be fun. There's only one car out on course at a time, no cement barriers to run into and lower speeds. Depending on your skill level and car on the course in MFE's vid from last night, you may be going up to 120 at one point. I usually keep it to ~105 because after you get it to that speed you need to stop/slow down for the next set of turns. I'm already teaching our 5 y/o about straight line braking. Gotta start some time.
