Nice! Raptors are cool but I can't imagine it being as much fun as tinkering with a new stang. Good choice IMO

Right on man! You did good n your purchase. I also got me a base model, except mine came with what is called a Deluxe Package. It's a base model but it has the Brembo brake package with the 19" rims and Summer tires with the strut brace and tuned suspension. It has cloth seats, 3.31 gears, no SYNC, and base radio (4 speakers). The fact that I don't have all that electronic mumbo jumbo is great. I can concentrate on the road and listen to my exhaust the whole time.
For mods I did the following: C&L cold air intake with BAMA tune Steeda Ultra_lite Springs for lowered look Kooks 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers with O/R X-Pipe and full catback all from Kooks (Here's a video of before & after exhaust sound: ) Next week's upgrades will be: MGW Mt-82 Short Throw Shifter FRPP 3.73 gears And after that I'm doing the entire suspension because it's just too soft and wobbly for my taste, even after the lowered springs. Also, how did you post pictures like that in your post?? I'm new to the whole forum thing.
