For Sale:

1993 Ford Mustang Cobra - #199 of 4993
1 of only 185 produced in this color combination
$13,900

The Good:
Teal Exterior / Black Cloth Interior
73,500 original miles
ALL VIN tags in place
Original Paint
CLEAN Carfax
Exterior: 8.5 out of 10
Interior: 9 out of 10

This is an excellent condition 93 Cobra that has the very difficult to find black cloth interior. This car was originally sold in Las Vegas, NV and was owned in that area until Jan 2007. At that point, it was brought to the Houston, TX area. There is NO RUST anywhere on this vehicle.

This is a low production number vehicle and has the correct "1st run" upper intake on it. As shown in the picture below, the end of the upper does not have the raised "ridge" that runs the length of the plenum. There are only a few hundred of these intakes ever produced. The exact number of teal/black cars with this intake is unknown, but it's likely to be only a handful.

The car starts everytime and runs great. It has a fresh alignment, lots of tread on the Dunlop tires.

The Bad:

This is a 20 y/o car with the orginal paint and drivetrain. The hood and the leading edge of the roof have some minor "checking" and minor rock chips that are common with these cars. The factory wheels are not peeling, but do have some minor lip damage. It is not a pristine show vehicle, but with that being said this is cleaner and nicer than 98% of Fox Body cars left out there.

Car includes tasteful modifications:
- H&R Sport Springs
- Tokico adjustable struts/shocks
- 3.73 gears & FMS Auburn Diff
- Flowmaster exhaust
- FMS Ceramic Coated Shorty Headers
- Short-Throw Shifter
- Aftermarket stereo
MANY OF THE STOCK PARTS ARE AVAILABLE

Car is located in Houston, TX. Additional pictures and information available upon request. Serious inquiries only, please.

Yes it was... I believe he sold it in very early 2007 and I purchased it about a year later from someone here in Houston

Thanks guys, it's a very nice car and I'd love to keep it but priorities change and I could use the money to help finance a new home purchase.

Mark - Long time no see! Hope all is well on the south side! :)

Tough to get a picture of, but here goes. There is no peeling of any sort - it just looks like little white lines in the clearcoat. It's still very shiny - you can see my hand and wedding ring in the reflection on the far right.

Cobra

My buddy bought it and I got a good look at it this afternoon when they got it home and it is a perfect 10. Cleanest Cobra I've seen and it's now in the stable of Stangs here in Milam County Texas. The Stable is now up to 9 cars and counting..

Thanks for keeping this Cobra in great shape. It is still in good hands.

Just got the car home this afternoon and took it for a cruise before sticking it in the garage. It is a great little car, drives great and looks even better in person I think. Thanks Darrell, is was nice doing business with you and she will definitely be well taken care of.

It is probably easier to build one then find one with a sunroof. What part of Indiana? Congratulations to the new cobra owner I knew the car would sell quick!!

Hey Larry,

It's time for a break for me. Four kids keeps me way too busy to have a hobby like this anymore.

For the first time in 18 years, I'm without a Mustang for the foreseeable future. We'll see if/when I get back into the game.... :)

Take Care!
