I ran into this problem. You can test the injector itself by disconnecting it from the harnes and hook it up to a battery and test if it is working.
Put an aligator clip on the possitive side and connect it to the possitive side of the battery. Then connect a wire to the negative side of the battera and tap the other end of the wire on the negative pin in the injector. If it clicks it is working. if not it is stuck.

For the harness-get a noid light. It detects injector pulse.

if your injectors weren't getting power the car wouldn't run. does this car start? u can use a stethescope to listen to each injector to hear if its working. you'll hear a clicking sound. there is a 12v power wire in the injector harness that supplies power to all the injectors.

if your car doesn't start u need to check spark, fuel pressure, and if the injectors are getting power. u can use a noid light set to check if each injector is firing. if the car isn't starting then u either have a no spark condition or there is no fuel going to the motor. i cant see all 8 injectors not getting power unless the main 12v source wire for the injectors is broken. all fuses good?
