Your a joke, we agreed to a price for a number of stock items-throttlebody, plenum, injectors, maf, alternator and manifolds. I sent the money, then you cant ship the manifolds because you say they are damaged- ok I can understand that, but then you ask for more money. Im starting to wonder here, but give you the benefit of the doubt and send some more. Once I receive the package there is only the plenum, a few injectors, the alternator and a stock air tube which I didnt ask for. I pm you asking about it and you blow me off, this goes on for a week. Still nothing settled. SO finally I file a dispute on paypal since nothing is being resolved here.

I have actually since purchased the throttlebody and manifolds from comp orange here in this forum and will be looking for injectors and a maf since you screwed me over on them as well.

reread you r email, you said "100 for everything" then after I paid you said you wanted more for shipping even though you werent gonna send the manifolds. Kinda hard for me to send you back things I dont have. Why would I be buying these parts again if I had yours? When you send things in a beat up used box its very possible that the box will not arrive in one piece. I even offered to email you pics of the box.

At one point after I paid you, you even asked what it was I was buying from you...

So let me get this right you are accusing 408fox of stealing from you(gtlife). I don't know either one of yall ... But it seem to me and I'm giving the benefit of doubt to 408fox .. Looks like he's been a member for several years. Plus has over 40+ trades/sales on here alone.. All positive... Kinda hard to beat that...

Dont get me wrong I've done some deals on here. And I might have been misled too but I'm waiting to see if it can be resolved soon... So I understand where u are coming from...

yes it was a used box but i assure you it was not beat up and falling apart! i treat everyone how i myself wanted to be treated. thats why i took the time to individually wrap everything except the maf, intake tube and filter because of size. i didnt agree to 100 for everything because im not stupid and know its not cheap to send a box of that size and weight. i know what i sent and how it was sent. youre trying to get over on me and its clear. its all over the internet how i was doing a 4v swap i didnt need any of those parts and they wouldnt sell for crap. like i said the 2 things you said were missing ive tried selling for ridiculously cheap before with no bites even with the low miles and how clean they were. you are in my eyes trying to steal. i didnt want to see pics because you did what any thief would do which is only include what you say you have. you are again trying to steal. i wouldnt go through the bs of openeing a civil suit if i didnt believe you were trying to steal from me and take my money.

i asked what you were buying because after we the deal you just sent 100 without shipping included after i told you i needed to see how much it was to ship. like i previously stated im in the process of a swap so i have a ton of emails and didnt want to send you the wrong things. i guess im sorry for being a good guy. i have my emails. i have the pms. i have the tracking info. i have a witness. all of that is proof.

i know i havent done many deals on here before but thats still not reason to say im not the victim here. i knew someone would bring that up and i understand why but i have all my proof and im the one suggesting to bring this to court. i wouldnt do that if i didnt have anything to back thath up. a little background on me is i grew up a religious kid and my father is a police officer and a damn good one whos earned his rank. im not a bad guy. im just a broke college kid trying to recoup some of the loss from swapping out my motor after shattering a rod bearing in my old one. i stated before and i live by this golden rule. i treat others how i myself want to be treated. in all honesty im hoping this guy really isnt trying to steal and maybe usps just messed up. ive laid out my case and hope everyone can see that im not trying to get over on him or anyone else i come across.

Do you have a picture of the beat up box? Is it the shippers or receivers responsibility to package the items well so everything arrives in good shape (or arrives at all for that matter)?

I do, I can post them when I get home this evening- its pretty rough. Wouldnt suprise me if the box broke open and was taped back together by usps. I have dealt with ups alot and I know that they retape boxes that come open.

These things happen, but it is the shippers responsibility to insure the package or they take the risk of damage- especially when using a used box.

i had the injectors in a zip lock and wrapped and at the bottom of the box so someone would have had to have opened and gone through the box thats why im calling bs on this guy.

I insure everything I ever send to a buyer, even if they refuse insurance. Insurance is cheap when shipping, and prevents things like this from getting to this point.

Even though ups is more expensive, they cover a certain $ ammount when you ship with them.

Buy insurance next time, a couple dollars is worth more than the time you have spent on this already.

Get your facts straight before running your mouth, here is the usps tracking #03112550000183892291. Scheduled delivery was the 9th, actual delivery date was the 16th. So yes on the 13th I hadnt received it. When I saw the box was so late I asked if you insured it in case it got lost- postal service has been known to do that and dont have as good a tracking system as ups or fed ex.

That makes alot of sense, of all the transactions I do on here, I would scheme to file a dispute over $100 and plan this all along? Are you 12?

I think the OP is 12 actually! For someone that is "religious" you sure do seem to swear a lot and want to point the finger at someone else. With someone that has had as much trading feedback as 408fox has, odds are he isn't the one trying to pull the wool over your eyes. He claimed that the box showed up in rough shape and you claim it didn't ship out that way. So how does that make him a thief? Are you seriously telling everyone that there is no way possible that the shipper damaged your shipment? I just received a package two months ago that had been opened, the stuff taken, and then re-taped.....would that have made it my fault or make me a thief? Your talking about suing over $100? Why don't you go sue McDonalds over their hot coffee...oh wait some other idiot already had the ridiculous lawsuit! OP you need to get a grip on reality here kid!

On a side note 408fox, I'd still do business with you! People with a good reputation tend to try and keep it that way!

agreed, you in the wrong on calling him a liar and theif when he is clearly not.

1. his tracking number facts were correct

2. if he was a theif, he wouldnt have filed a dispute over 50$ (to cover what you didnt put in the box)

3. you apparently failed to use a good box.

408 is nothing but an HONEST man trying to get parts he needs. I mean he is only filing a claim for half, because he got HALF the parts he wanted.

your an ass. and this just shows all of us here we can not do any transactions with you because we will apparently be labelled liars and theifs by you if anything goes wrong.

Wow. Just wow. Lol Where to even begin with this. Gt, your taking it far too personal. #### gets messed up in transit sometimes, it's a fact of life. You sent it, you are responsible for it until its delivered in its ENTIRETY to the buyer. And threatening legal action over $100? You watch too much Judge Judy. Lol

I have bought from 408fox and the transaction went smooth and parts was exactly as described. I guess I'm a old ass honkie(22 y/o) cause I would buy from him again. This kid has his panties in a bunch cause he was a re-re and didn't insure the box. Time to put your big girl undies on buttercup. This isnt highschool where you can get away with childish actions.
