Muncie had to be happy with the turnout on Friday night. There were a bunch of cars and bikes running and the weather couldn't have been better. I just wish they would get more efficient with the track. I totally understand the accident closing the track down for a while, but it sure seems like there is a lot of time when nothing is on the track and the staging lanes are full.

What kind of camera does the 360 footage? That is so neat!

Good morning all.

I'm pretty good at harnessing 800hp on a daily after all my years of driving forced induction daily's, but every once in a while I forget how much hp I have on tap. Went to pull out in a tight window, tires were spinning but I'm already committed, let off throttle, finally grab traction so give it a little more gas, but too much, now the cop on the other side of the street is giving me the stink eye. Luckily, the stink eye was all I got. The power comes on so fast and so strong that if you just drive instinctively your instincts will get you in trouble. Just too much torque down low. I laugh at guys with other PD blowers who immediately install steeper gears, that's the last thing you need with a PD blower if you want any hope of hooking up on the street. Track may be a different story with slicks, but on the street, there isn't a tire that can hold that torque with steep gears. Even with my 3.31 gearing I must feather the throttle greatly out of the hole. Still averaging about 18 mpg combined highway/city (mostly city) which I'm happy with.

Eh, those cars are a gigantic POS. It's no wonder the guy is selling it.

Do you have any idea what they are asking?

Evening everyone.

I hear ya Brian, these next few weeks are going to be brutal. We have a spring shutdown and we will be working two rounds of 6 on, 2 off. The paycheck will be nice though.

Good morning everyone and TGIF!!!

Started the clean up from the trans cooler issue and it was not as bad as the oil issue last fall. I need to get a little more brake clean but it all in all it is looking good. I need to knock out the rest of my punch list and get this thing ready for battle at SCT!

Good morning all.

Guess I'm officially old. Caleb's fiance is being induced today and I'll be a grandpa. He and his fiance will be moving to Indy after he graduates from college this weekend. So he's got a lot going on.

Morning everyone!

Brian - That's awesome! Congrats!

May not be around for SCT. Have a friend down in Atlanta that needs help moving. She has gone thru hell and back the last couple of months. I told her I would help when she bought a house and it's looking like she'll close on Wednesday next week.

Car is good, just fixing small things at this point. Nothing major though.

Really need to figure out what I want the car to be/do/become. I'm super happy with it where it is right now but i'm always looking ahead.

Not sure if I want to sell it and get something else. I have been eyeing the 16's in an Auto. Really like the 6R80 in my truck so if I did pick one up it would be an auto.

On the other hand I wanna make sure if I do get rid of Deleted I wouldn't regret it, lol.

Happy hump day btw.

Good morning all.

Aidan arrived this morning at 1 am. Now Caleb has a presentation today in front of 100 people for class and a final today. They'd been at the hospital for 16 hours. If Caleb survives this it will only make him stronger, right?

Stev-0 I think the only way we know how old we are getting is by how quickly these kids are growing up. Otherwise, we have no frame of reference
