Good morning everyone!
Looks like the weather is not cooperating with my plans to get the car done. I would like 60s on the weekends, not 30/40s. LT

Welcome to Indy! Lol.
Going down to Bloomington this weekend for a LAN party. Should be a good time. Will be nice to see some friends and get out of the house.

Could not agree more Larry. I'm ready to get the car out on a regular basis. Anyone have any interest in the m&h tires off Ben's car. Looking to go a different route.

I know on the weather, yesterday at 6pm I am ripping the fox up and down 67 stretch its legs a little. Then working in the garage pressing out and pressing bushings. Then about 8:00pm the temps in the garage dropped about 20 degrees. I pulled the fox in because I thought my tree was going to land on it.
Larry told me about a place called posi port in louisville so I will check them out as well. I gotta get some ebay ads up so I can get some cash flow in. I talked to my machinist for the brackets and we decided to do aluminum finish in a black anodize. Nice part is the flat rate is the same no matter how many parts fit in the bin. So those old pulleys bob gave me I am going to strip and have my machinist clean them up a little and anodize them also. I pulled the bearing numbers to order up new bearings. I might be able to use all three, but I know I can use two of them. I also would like to fab the shaker to be functional with air cleaner element inside, then weld up a air intake off the front and thru the maf. Would be cool.

Focus t-stat housing is leaking. sucks... I'm just going to keep dumping water into the car until it warms up though. Working outdoors, on the coolant system, in this weather, is for the birds.

Mine did the same thing, it was an easy fix though and pretty cheap too ($50 or less) I think it only took about 20-30 min to have it swapped out for a new one. Mine was cracked on the inside of the housing.

Nothing like coming home and going out to dinner with the wife to a place she saw on the food channel. "Jersey Cafe" was on diners, drive-ins and dives. We got there about 6:45 didn't seat until 7:30, ordered at 8pm, got served at 9pm, and left at 9:40 pm. Really good food, great portions, but they are a mom and pop shop that is getting hammered with lines out the door. They closed at 8pm, because they ran out of food on most of the menu.
I recommend going on a week day early. Best cheese steak since NYC. I had the Pepperoni Steak and it was the size of a loaf of bread and so much loose steak it was falling out of the home roll. The wifey got a eggplant parmigiana sandwich just as big. Total bill with drinks $25 Heck of a deal
