66 Fairlane restmod- fuelie 5.0 out fuelie 5.8 in!
cliff notes-
Car sat in a Weld County field for over a decade. The previous owner stuffed a 390 & c6 into it but it needed A LOT of tlc ![]() got it cleaned up, primered & running! ![]() Tuned up the 390, a full tune up, found some buckets out of a 67 galaxy and a sheet to re-upholster the back seat. About a year or so later I got a line on a 428 cj and impulse bought it, cleaned up the bay while I was at it. ![]() ![]() .I originally wanted to do an FI swap so I sold the 428 and drove home an 89 lx donor for $800!

Can't be mad at that. Bigger fan of the 428 though. But for fuel injection you made a good choice.
Got any more pics of the engine bay and interior completed?

Nice ride! I just did an EFI swap on a 70 mach for a guy, but we used the new Holley EFI with a tbi setup. Works great and he loves it over the old carb setup. So did you stay stock stroke on the windsor? I always find it too hard to use stock stroke with how cheap the stroker stuff is nowdays.
