Fox SN95 questions

i Have a 91 mustang that im swapping a complete SN95 setup into. Unfortunately i do not have a donor car but im getting pieces from a few different cars.

For starters i have a complete dash, and body harness from an 04 cobra minus the engine harness..
Next i have a 99 cobra gauge cluster
i have a Dash, steering column, and another dash harness from an 01 gt
i have pedals from a 98 gt 5 speed with the hydroboost system
and finally all the HVAC stuff from a 2000 v6 mustang.

all of this is stuff i have collected to do the swap but i need to know what all is usable.

i want to use either a 96-98 cobra motor, or a 2v gt motor

Will my complete 04 cobra harness wire into the dash of the 01 gt and the 99 cobra gauges properly? and then if so will the engine harness and computer from a 96-98 cobra, or GT stuff plug into the harness from the firewall?

i already know that im going to have to cut and splice a few connectors so im not too worried but i would prefer not to have to do too much work.

I am keeping ( full HVAC,cruise control, pipers, airbags, ect) to swap into the 91. i just need to know if the basic stuff from a gt or v6 will be compatible with the 04 cobra harness.
