my new 03 10th anniversary
alright, i got this car from a buddy that had a locked up motor, dropped it out and discovered 4 rods had spun their bearing and one rod broke the rod bolts and dropped tha cap, the cap, was not in the pan, it was lodged between the block and rod.. the motor was never turned upside down till i saw this, weird stuff happens in such a violent environment.. it had 3 qts in it and was supposedly locked up at high rpm's and hi boost.. eek anyway i bought a long block from "Invictus" here on corral.. shipping is pending.. gonna stud the mains and heads, mmr teflon oil pump, bunch of other mmr stuff and some more stuff from mod max. gonna swap the cams from the locked up motor to the new long block, they are stage 3 comp cams. anyone have any advice on timing the cams guys?

good luck finding a terminator man! ive always wanted one and finally came across one ;-) this baby is gettin a kenne bell 2.8 and gonna shoot for a conservative 650, might tune it right to 666 haha but gonna change up the wheels and go with maximum motorsports grip box to go all tubular front end and coil overs front and back. we have a local 60 mile road race and id like to enter it in the 130 class to start with and see how we do.

looks sick man enjoy it! how much u pick it up for if u dont mind me askin? i love m 03 cobra, i got it new and couldnt part with it. ive done my motor to so i feel your pain, i did a mmr 900 setup. goodluck with the start up!

thanks bud! i got the complete car with blown motor for around 6k and have around 8 into just the engine lol ill have it all in the car today, all thats holding me up on start-up is the passenger side head heater hose. must have been misplaced at the head shop. so hurry up and wait, the words i live by... hope start up goes flawlesly! ;-) will post more pictures and a vid link or something

nice 6k aint a bad deal at all! i woulda paid that. that sucks when u lose #### i hate that lol. and trust me i know all about hurry up and wait, im in the military i live by it also lol. but good luck man car is nice, my motor cost me around 8k also so i feel ya.

nice! yea i got a hell of a deal on her. interior and body are just about perfect, with the occasional small scratch here and there. it seemed like alot of money to
build a motor but now seeing it and so close to start up , that it was definatly a well invested 8k lol i manage the airport in my town, so yea its always hurry up and wait! what kinda blower do u have on ur 03 streetracer?

the link at the bottom of the last pic is a idle video. yea shes sweet, as soon as she gets a tune shes gonna be a whole different animal. with the new engine my a/f ratio is a little lean but not bad, still gonna have to take it easy for the time being! thanks man!!
