Nice build. How do you like the fitment and quality of the UPR K member kit and caster/camber plates? I'm thinking of getting the UPR kit for my turbo lx coupe build.

Is that the idler pulley that came with the alternator bracket (march?) or did you get another one to fit?

it is the bracket that came with the march kit...the top hood pins are mounted on a bracket that was for zues fasteners , not progress, i sold the fast set up and intake and bought a csu blow thru carb and super victor intake,it sux working on a shoe string budget....i had hoped to be done by now, maybe a month or so

im feeding it wit #4 and draining it with #10, and i believe its #6 for the water feed and return for the turbos, i ordered the line and an fittings from Jegs and made them myself
the oil lines arent ran in the pictures those are for the water, i used the stainless braided lines for the oil feed and return Last edited by ripnitup; 08-26-2011 at 09:05 PM. |

wow dude!! why the move to go blowthru carb??? U had some capable EFI hardware. (so did I before I switched) I'm sure the guys following your build would interested to hear why you changed. I swapped over when I went from cog driven blower to twin turbo, knowing I could not afford the tuning and fuel system changes.... hell, I got a magnafuel pro 500, reg., and all lines necessary to supply twice what i'll make for less than just the fuel system upgrade necessary to stay EFI... not to mention the damn tune, etc... still using an MSD 7531 to call ignition shots, but relying on trusty screwdriver for fuel chores... welcome to the life of simplicity!
