Well, that looks 100% easier to work with than my full length 1 piece H-pipe I just wrestled out of my '86.

I'm not knocking this nice looking system one iota.... But i'm kinda suprised some enterprising manufacturer hasn't designed a 3 piece h-pipe like the one above; but revised the design so that by removing the two forward pieces, it allows it too work with a commonly available long tube header.... Just a thought IMHO.....

I would pass on it. Extra joints mean more places it can leak. Also, it clearly has flat bolt flanges on it which typically bend as the bolts are tightened. These flanges can be hard to keep tight over time. Of course, there will always be the guys that it works out for.

I like h-pipes and x-pipes like those made by BBK or Bassani which have OEM style bolt flanges on them with the re-enforcement gussets to keep the flanges from bending. And really, is a 1-piece off road pipe that hard to work with?

I received mine tuesday and its a great looking piece. I almost bought another pipe. Glad i waited. Hoping to have it installed in a couple of weekends.
