Anyway to bypass the Anti theft??

98 gt, first the PATS went bad, replaced by ford, now the stupid alarm goes off whenever it feels like, ill unlock the doors with the remote and when i open the door the stupid thing goes off. any way to bypass it or does anyone sell something to bypass this?? Thanks Jim

You can turn it off via the computer. Any SCT dealer can do it.

OR ... you can go into the driver kick panel .... look for a green/purple tracer wire and ground it out .... you can test this wire buy turning the key in the door ... the wire will show ground while turning in the unlock position


you can try this from either door ..... that will solve your problem .. and save you the bull**** labor rate at the dealer
