2001 Door Panel install with Mach 460

I took the drivers side interior door panel off to fix a rattle. It ended up being an L shaped bracket at the top of the door that keeps the window from going up too far.

Anyway, with the Tweeter of the Mach stereo in the corner, I cant get all of the clips in place properly. There is a bulge in the door there now.

It looks like you have to take the door panel Off to get the tweeter off. So, it's the chicken and the egg. I can't get the door panel on because the tweeter is in the way. If I take the tweeter off and get the door panel On, then I cant put the tweeter back on.

Advice please!

Thanks in advance!

Sam, I just removed & re-installed my door panel. I left the tweeter in place the whole time. How it comes off, I don't know. But it doesn't interfere with the panel itself. To install it, you have to work from the top down to ensure the plastic tabs hook onto the door frame. So, line it up and push down and rearward at the same. Then install the two phillips screws and trim work.

I dunno...to take my panel off I had to take the tweeter off. It's only one screw that holds it on, anyway...no big deal.
