Symptoms of heater blower motor resistor going bad???
I have a 86 GT I'm working on for a friend & his heater blower motor doesn't work... a few days ago it was working on low only but just recently quit.
Does this sound like the resistor is bad? Thanks Mike

Maybe the resistor... they are pretty easy to check. It is are behind the glovebox and is held in with two 5/16 bolts.
Just take it out and look at it. When they are bad it is usually obvious because the wires are broken. This can be caused by the blower motor drawing to much power, so if it goes out again it is time for a blower motor.
