Small Engines need RPM to run low ET's. You're going to need a healthy dose of nitrous to get there, and I'm fearful that your stock block may not appreciate what you're doing.
Light weight car helps.
The converter is very tight for running on the engine. Not sure how much spray it was spec'd for.
