1990 lx blinker problems

I recently bought a 1990 lx and it had aftermarket headlights that looked like garbage. the owner before me spliced into the blinker wire to accommodate the 3 led lights that were inside of the headlight. Now my left blinker works but when i hit the right side it would stay on and not blink. I put the original three piece headlights in and cut out those aftermarket wires, now the problem im having is the the corner bulbs wont come on when i hit the running lights and the right blinker still wont work! I am not an electrical guy any insight would be awesome

lol i think some of those LED deals require resistors or something in the harness to operate the turn signals. maybe yours still has that and won't let the regular bulbs get enough voltage.

voltage is not going to change the resistance changes

the lack of resistance, applies to the flasher and how it works in regards to current
