going racing thurday, think i get my 11sec slip??

been once with this setup and ran 12.3@109;
306, 10.5:1 cr, afr165's, rpm carb intake, wolverine 1087 cam, full exhaust, c4 trans, 3.73's, etc.....

i've added 4.10's and pulley's. expect 5-10 degree's lower temp and lot less humidity.

think i can do it? hope so.

reason for gear swap is i was going through traps at 51-5200 and car just wasn't in powerband.

Well I'll route for you. What was your 60ft with that 12.3? How high is your stall? If you get a few runs in and it's optimum conditions I'll bet you'll get it.

Good luck, it sounds like more MPH would definitely help. Very good time already

high 1.7's for 60ft.

car really fell on it's face in 3rd with 3.73's. 1/8 mile was around 88 (can't find the slip). most with that 1/8th i've seen are doing 112 with n/a 302. hoping with the gear swap and the pulley's i can hit 113's and go through the traps at 6k or.

3k stall (killing me off the line)

didn't get my 11. weather had been great past week till probably monday. tonight was lower 70's with 100% humidity.

best i could do was a 12.20@111 with 1.81 60ft. hopefully in a month or 2 ill get my 11. after tonight my new goal is 11.5. gonna strip this budget beater of everything.

Work on your 60ft, nevermind stripping the car.
