str8mustangs86, who is Jay & Mary, have done business here before, as mustangmaker007. Read the original thread before doing business, a few people had big problems last year. They the same, same cell number, same wording in threads. This is just a heads up of what happened before.

Hello Sir,
After reading all of the forum, you were correct.. It was me.. I can explain everything.. I have email the one gentlemen involved and hopefully he'll help me locate the others. I had a period in my life that ranged from depression to a incendent that has now lefted me with severe memory lose.. I have the medical bills to prove it.. I was assulated by a man that was mad at someone else, I guess.. Still not sure what caused a muscle bond car salesman to assult me the way he did.. At any event, please call me if you'd like.. I must say..thank you for bringing this to my attention.. I am going to get these guys their parts or money refunded asap.. As crazy as it sounds.. I have alot of work ahead of me, but it's only right, and that's how I'm approaching it,. Thank you again Sir.. I must make right with a few guys from over 1- 1-1/2 years ago..take care.. J Just a little note to those that have done business with us currently, thank you again and all parts bought before the 15th have been either mailed or are ready for shipment Monday.. they're was a few we refunded their money, due to the flooding up here.. wanted to not hold them up on their projects.. I'm taking this issue very seriously, I want to fix everything asap.. please call 518-221-9175 I am working over 65 hours a week to get ready for baby coming in DEC, but will return EVERYONES CALLS ASAP.. It's very stressful, cause I'm not sure what was sold or how much was sent.. I'm sure everyone will be honest with me.. I want to either send parts or money back asap.. This entire sututation has me sooo stressed... But, I take full responsibity for it.. even though I was not scamming or lying to anyone.. Things happened way beyond my control..I will fix everything asap.. I just ask that you guys don't threaten my wife or my children's well being.. Just a quick note.. if anyone wants to just get a refund-just to be safe-no problem..I'm not looking to upset anyone or be called a scammer or whatever else.. I was honestly in the dark..so to speak.. if anyone sincerely wants more info. please ask.. nothing to hide.. I'm in the process of trying to find the few others.. They will be taken care of.. I'm a family man trying to do what's best for them, that's why the stuff was put on here to begin with.. If I was a scammer.which we aren't...most never show they're face again..they don't use the same cell number or real names... right??? Please allow me to repair this mess, before you start screaming names about my family and I.. that's all... I'm waiting to hear from those I emailed, so I can contuine forward.. okay, It's 6:31am here, I have to go to work til 7pm.. I agree about contacting all that lost out.. I'm in the process currently.. Thank you for your suggestion.. It is a very good one.. Just to shed some light on this subject Jay did refund my $175 but it took a month of calls and involving the local district attorney .So I will let everyone form their own opinions .Will I ever do business again?NO but he did make it right.

no sir, when I first starting reading your post the first time, that's what I was talking about, as far as coming clean.. I was never dirty.. I sincerely had a health issue.. At any event I've contacted coral members and just awaiting to here how they'd like refund..Paypal or check or money order..etc.. Just want to get threw this fast and get everyone their money back, they have waited long enough.. No..... honestly don't find that very humourous.. it was a very serious issue..It has effected my entire life style... His assulated over 20 or so people here in Albany.. 4 cops too.. I have the newspaper articles to prove it.. At any event.. I expected to get my balls busted.. no problem.. I just refunded via PayPal Clint-cameros and mustangs-headers-$225.00

nitrouskid, per our converstion tonight, 10-19-05 We will be going to PO in morning to talk to Post master.. Tracking number is correct.. just neither one of us knows where seat is. To make things easy for you, We will refund your money tomorrow if you don't receive it on Thrusday.. And just file a claim with post office.. Once again, if you don't get seat tomorrow we will refund your money..no worries.. Thank you and sorry for wait.. As USPS states it was mailed on the 14th.. so hopefully you receive it tomorrow.. At any event all of the corralers that we have been talking to, they have either been refunded their money in full or they are waiting for their parts.. As soon as road reopens ALL parts will be shipped.. DPW is saying just a few more days.. I'm very anxious to put this behind us.. We have reliezed that some people you can't make happy.. where MOST are very marture and understanding about other peoples feelings and intensions.. Like I said before you made it right with me and now you are doing the same with the others albeit over a year later. But dont think for one minute that just because you did that that we are not going to make sure it doesnt happen again. I think you need to stay in the detail business if thats what you are still doing,and if not you need to find something else besides internet sales.I already see the pattern happening with all the excuses and the late shipments. 100 % CUSTOMER SERVICE come on.I give you the credit of making everything right but I wouldnt call waiting over a year to get a refund on the parts that never came 100% satisfaction would you ?I am not trying to be an @sshole but just look at it through others eyes.Also congrats on the baby I myself have one on the way that should be here any day now so I know where you are coming from .

Fast88- not looking to argue..Also as far as excuses for late shipments- they have been real issues.. At any event I am sorry about the feelings you have, but in all honestly We've done ALL what we said WE were going to do.. As far as the past issues.. I took care of those ASAP within the same day or later the next.. I made sure every one was satisifed.. I can't take back the past, just make right and stay on track.. Take care. Gee, stories of sick kids, assaults by mysterious characters in the dark of night.....you really have one hell of an imagination, not to mention a truckload of excuses. My call to the Albany County District Attorney's Office didn't have anything to do with it now .....did it Jay? GT350R-My husband and I have been very understanding with your total lack of class.. Our ATTORNEY has been reading your posts towards us... He himself is shaking his head.. Big mustang fan along with most of us on here.. Please by all means leave feedback on us.. We have sold over 128 items on this site.. and for the most part everyone has been happy.. we are trying to please everyone.. But people like yourself I have ran outta patience for.. We are having a blast meeting several different people a day.. Not to mention the fact that people are getting really decent parts for fair prices.. I will post this on this topic. I paid, didnt get stuff. A year later i did get contacted though and a refund was issued. Still wouldnt mind getting a manual tranny harness for my troubles. But yea atleast i got my money back.
