I just wanted to let everyone know that John @ fuelinjectorconnection is a very stand-up guy!

Long story short, he shipped me injectors last thursday, and 4 days later I didn't get them. So I called him, and asked him to track the package for me. He said they were delivered sat. @ 9:42 in morning. I said huh? I never got them, but I got another package from someone else for my rockers from USPS. So I told John I'm going to head to my local USPS and he said keep me informed, and sounded just as pissed as me @ USPS.

So I drove down to USPS and said I need a supervisor please. I tell her I never got my package that was suppose to be delivered last Sat. 4/21/12, and you guys marked it as delivered, where is it because I never got anything. She has me write down my name, and tracking number. She comes back 20 minutes later, and says we need your number. I said why? She says we don't have the package and the delivery guy says he delivered it. I said so since I don't have my package and your "Delivery guy says he delivered it, that means it happened?" She says well their's no insurance, or signature required. She says your out of luck, because the delivery guy said he delivered it! I said so you believe everything your delivery driver's say or do? She didn't respond and was basically done with me. She said we have your number, if something pops up we will call you, otherwise your out of luck! So I left.

I then talked to a few buddy's and they said, file a dispute and get your money back. I said I want to talk to John first because he sounded like a stand-up guy when I ordered. So I sent him a email, and called his business and left a message. (It was after hours). So I ended up calling the credit card company asking them what they think I should do. They said we can file a dispute but the seller didn't do anything wrong, and the package said "delivered". I said wow. I said well hold off on the dispute and let me talk to John first, I'll call you in the morning.

So I'm feeding the horses at the barn, and I get a phone call @ 7pm at night. It was john. I explained the story and he said, I will send you a new set, and if the other set pops up just please send them back. I said of course, I am not that type of person. I will call you the second I get them if they ever show up. He says call me in morning and we will get them out to you through ups.

I just wanted to give a HUGGGGEEEE PROPS to John @"fuelinjectorconnection.com" big props for INSANE customer service and being a Stand-up guy. He didn't have to do this, because it wasn't his fault.
