I posted the specs of the turbo along with the pictures. I sent you the product that I know for a fact is an S400 88mm borg warner turbo. The plate on the side is a reman plate not the actual specs of the turbo.

I don't know when your sale went down, but he can't claim he didn't know it wasn't an 88mm, he had a heads up as early as the 11th that the turbo wasn't what he claimed... http://www.svtperformance.com/forums...ner-turbo.html

The thing is Quick and the guy he was getting the turbo for are good friend's of mine and they work hard for what they get. They have kid's and famalies to support and what little extra they get to put in to thier hobby is well earned. They have been saving for a turbo for month's and thought they were getting a good deal. Then this dirt bag that has been ripping people off for some time steal's thier hard earned money. If you knew these guy's you would understand why it makes me so mad to find this out. But if there is anything that anyone can do to help them recover thier money you can believe it will be well appretiated and good will come back to ya. I know they have tried to get some help from Paypal and they were told more or less that they are out of luck which I dont understand because I thought that was part of the reason for using Paypal. Buddy if you are reading this I hope you dont sleep well at night and you can believe things will come back to ya one day. Count on it!!!
Quick Im really sorry to hear about this man and if anyone deserved a good deal it's you guy's. Let me know if I can do anything to help. Maybe I can contribute to the "Jerry need's a turbo fund". Just let me know.

I got a text from him today to tell me basically he measures turbos different than everyone else and he doesn't see how I sleep at night after this unjust "slander" and I should be looking out for a civil suit.
