It would have been just as easy for him to post the tracking information than it did to post that they should be there any day. That was also 3 days ago when you asked for the tracking information and have still not received either the VC's nor tracking on it. How did you pay for these? Keep us posted.

If he bails on a postal money order, then you have some real authority backing you up. They tend to frown hard on fraud when it comes to the U.S. postal service, they don't #### around. If you don't get it resolved in the next day or two, I'd start making calls on that money order. Or if you feel you've had enough, call them first thing in the morning and get this ball rolling.

When you go to the post office to report a claim it takes 2 weeks just to find out if it was cashed or not. I had to do this with a cam I bought on here and after telling him I put a trace on the check to see if it was lost, the check magically showed up on his door the next day after waiting 1 1/2 months. I found out 2 weeks later he cashed it 3 days after i sent it. So if I were you I would get the ball rolling to at least find out if he cashed the check!

Well, its not thursday....i got a pm from him yesterday saying "if they don't show up tomorrow(today), then i will be refunding your money".

Now is it me or does that not make any sense? If he had shipped them, like by sayiing "they should be there anyday", why would they not show up? Sounds like they were never shipped to begin with.

To his defense, I purchased some pushrods from him and although it took longer than we had agreed, I got them and in good shape.
My guess is that you will get your vc's, you just need to wait longer than you wish!!

IMO it doesnt fulfill his half of the transaction if it takes anything longer than what should be expected.Jason sent the payment and after 2+ weeks doesnt even have his parts.COMMUNICATION,end of story!If it was going to take a week,two weeks or a month before he shipped them out,the seller should have the respect to at the minimum to tell him it will be shipped out by XXX.Nothing about they were shipped out on XXX date via UPS/USPS/FedEx etc.There would be a tracking # if the seller used anything but USPS.
So Jason did not get the parts today,what next? Jason,has he sent you your refund?
