That's great!!
Nice job allcarfan! That front end is a work of art. Art may not be your name, but it should. Keep us updated on how the front end works as well as other projects on your sweet ride.

Not sure what the brakes are...they came with the kit. Nothing crazy...I think they are 11" rotors. Thats all I need for a 2800lb car.
I am ordering headers today and crossing my fingers that they will fit with the steering and motor mounts. If they dont, some 'modification' will be required on my end. The rear suspension...I thought....I had finished...4.5 mid eye leafs, caltracs, Eddy IAS, etc. However, I decided to go with a 4bar, coilover setup from the same company I got my front suspension from. Should look great and hook even better. Plus, I like being able to easily adjust my ride height and shock firmness.

That is a Scott's Hot Rod front suspension kit. I powdercoated the AArms, brackets, calipers, and tie rod ends myself. I am probably going to powdercoat the cross member too.
I use to be a dealer for Scott's, but I am not anymore. If you go through them...tell them Sour Apple Performance (shane in Atlanta) sent you. They sell engine mounts too. I bought a set. I use a mock up 302 engine and FPA long tubes this weekend to weld in the motor mounts. Perfect fit and no steering issues with a flaming river column, the headers, and the MII rack. I was just glad that everything fit so nicely! You also use a fox body dual sump oil pan. The kit is $2500 + shipping. THe motor mounts were $165/pair, and the brake lines and banjo fittings were like $75. Powdercoating was free since I did it. There is TONS of room in the engine bay....I LOVE IT. I can yank out headers and stand in the engine bay at the same time. I know everyone probably wants pictures. THe next pics posted will be when I get my real engine in. I will also be fabbing up some sheet metal pieces to 'box in' my inner fenders for a nice, smooth look
