Should seatbelts be governed by law?

SHOULD SEAT BELTS BE GOVERNED BY LAW?

There is definitely mixed reactions here! I am for it because those who don't want to wear them will get hurt and need medical attention. Often that medical attention comes at a high cost that the victim is not able to pay. Guess who ends up paying it?? You and I! seatbelts have proven to save lives and injuries. I see the wisdom in them! But, what about the times we are driving on private property with no chance of a high speed accident? Farmers, ranchers, sportsmen, construction workers, surveyors, back roads junkies, people parked and enjoying the radio to name a few? Seatbelt laws do not apply in these instances, nor should they! So, what is wrong with turning off the seatbelt alarm truned off in these instances? There are several ways to accomplish this. You will find many on the net. (some problematic and some fast and simple!) My advise is to get on the net, type in (seat belt alarm stop) and check out the options

I HEAR A LOUD POP AT FULL THROTTLE , I ALSO GET POWER LOSS, THE CAR RUNS FINE IF I EASE INTO THE THROTTLE , THE PROBLEM ONLY OCCURS WHEN I PUNCH IT ,ITS NOT A BACKFIRE IT SOUNDS LIKE IT COMING FROM THE INTAKE. NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON THANKS!

I recently changed my rear end gears to 3;73 ,and installed ford M4034 stud kit.[made by ARP] Does anyone know what to torque these to? I have called around and emailed
ARP with no avail. I even refered to my back issues of FastM&F and can find nothing on this subject.

I just got an 88 GT with a E303 cam, BBK cold intake, true flow 65mm... What is a good size battery to put in it? I think I am having charging problems. Someone mentioned it may have "under-pullies". Any ideas?

I'm trying to upgrade distributor, throttle body and cold air intake on my 93 Cobra. Any ideas of what model MSD Distributor would work for my car? What throttle body I can upgrade to? Just starting this up and would like some ideas...anyone?
