Full bolt ons-now what??
New to the forums really and more or less just finished up this car. It fun to drive as it sits now and seems to make great power. It outruns plenty of 2v cars and some 3's. I ran it at the track And made 3 passes in it so far. I was using se crappy BFG drag radials and never really hit a good 60ft 14.01@ 99mph was my best result and still spinning of the line pretty hard.
I'm looking into making more power but just don't know what way I should go. I don't want a stroker at the moment but it is in future plans.
I have another set of e7 heads I've been thinking about having worked over but I also have access to a set of gt40's. I've always like building cars with the "better" factory parts so I'm trying to stay that route.. I'd like to be in the upper 280 range. Is this possible with stock ported heads and a cam?
