Throttle Body Question, 90mm vs 75mm Race For 408

I am trying to decide on which throttle body to run with, since the stock computer seems to have a bit of a tip in problem with the 90mm sometimes ( very inconsistent has no problems sometimes but definately others and its quite annoying)

The combo is a 408, vic jrs, anderson N91 (240/248), super victor with 90mm sheet metal elbow, spinning to 6500ish

Now according to the flow numbers it doesn't seem like the accufab 75mm race should affect it, but does anyone predict a loss?

Any input would be awesome, thanks!
