TFI coil test using voltmeter

I have heard there is a resistance test using an ohm meter that I can do to a TFI coil to verify the coil is functioning properly. How is this test performed?

thanks,
Chris

I think this is the procedure you're looking for. BTW and FWIW, some coils would pass the primary and secondary resistance tests, and still won't fire, or give other driveability problems. GL
