89 mustang engine swap

Want to know if I can swap my 89 302 mustang engine with a 89 bronco 351W? or should I say will the bronco engine shoehorn into my mustang? Any info or tips will be greatly appreciated since I just found out that my guru of mustang info has passed away, of course I'm talking about Charlie Bruno of Charlies Mustangs. He always took time out to help me no matter how busy he was. He is going to be missed in the mustang community by everbody. Also wondering if my 5 spd Borg-Warner will bolt to the 351W block? Iv'e heard that the 302 and 351 are the same size blocks, don't know if it's true or not.

Yeah it's been a few years since Charlie passed. ..I used to drive to San Jose to get his opinion on aftermarket upgrades and just to hang out at his shop. That guy really knew mustangs(especailly suspension and brakes)he is sorely missed(as for your 351w swap question is should be rather easy once
you get the correct oil pan, dizzy and intake setup the t-5 (borg warner was stamped onthe older t-5 versions now tremec owns the rights and have made slight internal revisons)but will bolt up. The 302 and 351w have the same bell housing patterns even though the 351w is taller in deck height. Depending on your engines power may not last as long as a tremec tko or
upgraded c-4
Is this Bronoco motor an H.O. or just a regular 351w? The H.O. was rated at 210hp with
a holley 4 barrel and a slighty hotter cam from the factory all others were rated around 165hp with a two barrel motorcraft (If I remember correctly)
