Idle Fluctuation Problems

I'm trying to solve an idle problem. Engine idles fine at 800 rpm when the engine is cold. However, when the engine is hot (operating temp, 200 degrees), idle will fluctuate from 800 to 500 rpm, back to 800 rpm. When this happens, sometimes the rpm will drop low enough to stall the car. This will continue for about a minute and then the idle will stabilize to 800 rpm. Then a few minutes later, it will start to fluctuate again. I just changed the TFI module thinking this would help but no luck. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I am having similar idle problems, and it only happens really bad when the engine is hot. I just completed a head/cam swap though, so this has probably has something to do with my problems. TTT
