If you want to go a little deeper (WARNING: I have done this so that I could powdercoat my power steering pump. The results were nice, and worth it, but it was a total PITA!)
With the pump removed from the car, remove the large fitting into which the pressure line from the rack screwed in. Be careful, as there's a spring and another valving part (or something) inside. Once that has been removed, Take a hammer and screw driver and gently and evenly tap your way around the edge of the reservoir to drive it off the back of the pump. Oddly enough, all that seals it is a giant O-ring, and that large fitting holds the reservoir in place on the pump body.
