Check engine light comes on after car gets warm?

It just started after I blew the inlet hose to the heater core and replaced it, I'm not sure if this is what caused it, but I pulled codes and only the 34 code came up in the KOEO and continuous memory tests. With the KEOR test the 34 and the 91 codes came up. I know the 34 code is for the EGR and the 91 is for the O2 sensor, so is my O2 bad and causing the CE light to come on after it warms up?

I'd look into the EGR first. If this isn't working properly you would get the O2 code.
Check to see if all the vacuum lines are connected properly to the egr system.
You might have gotten anitfreeze on the sensors, so you might have to remove and clean up. You should probably clean up the inside of the EGR valve as well of all the carbon.
Check for codes again and go from there.

Thanks for the input. I know the 34 code has been there since I bought the car, the O2 one just came up after I replaced the hoses. Thanks again.
