GT40P heads, what spark plug wires?

I looked through the sticky and no solid answer on this, what wires you guys use on your gt40p heads? i know it's easy to run 90 degree boots, and this is what iwant to do. i was looking at wires for a 305 chevy, any particular brand work better than others??? my buddy had taylors for a 305 chevy and they were long as hell...

Just get the Ford Racing 90 degree wires for an 85-93 mustang....

all i see are 45 degree boots... not 90 degree

I just double checked and I'm running a new set of 45 degree wires on my gt40p's. I thought they were 90, but their 45's and they work great.

The previous wires were msd with less angle, they caught fire at the first start up.

I have plenty of room with the 45's.

MSD Ignition 31839 is what im probably gonna run i think, thoughts? Copper > steel for conductor, and with the blower im gonna be runnin, i need max spark

I'm using the FRPP with 45° boots.

it probably depends on what headers you use with your P heads..i have Mac 1-5/8 longtubes and theres no way i could run 45* boots on a few of the cylinders
i just grabbed a set of off the shelf Accel 90* wires from the local parts house,mainly cuz i didnt feel like shelling out $100 for a set of 90 degree wires from summit and that was all they had in stock..i think,like you said,they are for a chevy,and they are quite long..and yellow..but until they melt thats whats staying on there
