all that I can say is that after years of experience,

connecting rods are the cheapest part to replace and up grade to the better quality.

sometimes even cheaper than pistons.

it is foolish to use stock rods.

plus, in a cleveland, a LOT is gained by adding to the length of the rod, ...and shortening the piston.....even if it is a stroker.....
