The famed SBII heads.
Almost a copy of a C302 head, just with better intake runner/intake valve alignment. The Fords need a two carb intake to get similar alignment. Or maybe, someone like Wilson can pull it off with a single carb intake and a tricky runner design.

Know thy Enemy...
These are not SB-2 NASCAR heads... The runners are NOT directed to a central mounted single carb... These are the Pro-Stock Truck heads... Designed for 2/4bbl sheet metal tunnel rams... And were down...30-50 hp... BTW...4" deck to intake roof...nice... Last edited by 1BAD50; 11-25-2004 at 05:23 PM. |

Kinda funny how it has evenly spaced intake and exhaust ports and angled spark plugs.
Does that sound/look familiar?

part of the problem with the fontana-arias -ford (austin)is because the cylinder and crank spacing is different than the Chrysler based engines....
...at least that is one of the reasons that glendora gave.... |
